How to Connect Robot with Tuya smart APP thru 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi[G8000 & G8000 Pro]

Preparation Before Wi-Fi Connection

1.Please make sure Bluetooth switch on your mobile phone or tablet is ON.

2.Please Put Robot near Wi-Fi Router.

3.Make sure your mobile phone is connecting with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

4.If your router is 2.4GHz and 5GHz Dual band, please connect your mobile phone with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

5.In your router, if 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi use same Wi-Fi name, please enter router control page to rename 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi with different Wi-Fi name. Then make your mobile phone to connect with new 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

APP Connection

1.Search for TuyaSmart from App Store/Google Play, or Scan below QR code to download APP.

2.Register and log into the APP.

3. .Press and hold Power button and Home button on the robot at the same time for 3 seconds, Robot will say “Wi-Fi reset, ready for EZ mode connection , and Wi-Fi Status Light will Fast Flash.

4. .Open TuyaSmart app, Tap “Add Device” or “+” at the upper right corner.

5. Robot is discovered, then tap "Add" button.

6. Select the same router's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi as mobile phone and enter the correct password. Tap ”Next”.

7. Connecting...

8. Connection successful, and Robot will say “Wi-Fi Connection Successful”, and Wi-Fi Status light will be solid. Tap“Next”.

9. Connection Successfully.
