1.Please connect robot with app thru 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

2.Full charged robot and check if robot battery electricity shown in  app is 100%.

3.Change the suction power in app to “Gentle”, and try cleaning.

4.In our lab test, Gentle suction could clean about 120mins, Normal suction is 90mins and Strong suction is 60mins. If after full charged and cleaning time is shorter than our lab test, please contact support.us@tikom.cc for assistant.
