1. Please check if Map on Tuya Smart APP is wrong or missing, if yes, please recover right map from the map list in “Map Management”.
2. Please check if Restricted Zones have been set correctly.
3. When the robot is in the process of positioning, it may enter the preset no-go zones because it has not yet determined its exact location.
(Typically, when the robot is moved, it needs to reposition itself. The duration of this process depends on the environment.)
