Robot cannot be charged [G8000 Max]

1. Check if the Power Status Light on the Charging Station is lit. If not, contact support.us@tikom.com for repair or replacement of the Charging Station.


2. Clean the charging contact pins on both the Charging Station and the robot with a dry cloth.


3. Check if you hear a voice prompt when the robot docks onto the Charging Station.
