1. It is normal for the robot to produce some sound during cleaning. Please schedule your cleaning time appropriately to avoid being disturbed by the noise.

2. If a sharp noise is heard, check if the Main Brush, Side Brush, or Wheels are entangled with foreign objects. Remove any debris wrapped around the Main Brush, Side Brush, or Wheels, and clean them thoroughly.

3. Check if the robot has collected any noisy objects inside the Dust Bin.
