[Error ] Cliff Sensor Error [G8000 Max]
Cause:
1.Robot is picked up or suspended in the air.
2.Anti-drop sensor is dirt.
3.Robot is on the black carpet which anti-drop sensor feel black carpet is cliff.
Solution:
1.Please move robot to a flat surface and restart robot
2.Clear Anti-Drop Sensor by Damp cloth
3.Use suIf the issue persists, please contact support.us@tikom.com for assistance.pplied boundary strips to block robot walk onto black carpet
4.Power cycle the device: Hold the Power button 3s to shut down, then 3s to restart on a flat surface. Verify if the error recurs.
