Cause:

1. Different suction levels have varying working times.

2. Battery life cycle is reached.

Solutions:

1. When fully charged, all three battery level bars on the display remain steadily lit.

The low suction level lasts about 50 minutes, while the high suction level lasts about 25 minutes.

These times are for reference and may decrease with prolonged use. 

Therefore, considering the cleaning environment and the required cleaning time, please choose the appropriate suction level.

2. The vacuum cleaner contains a removable rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack, which has a limited number of recharge cycles.

After prolonged use, the battery pack may no longer hold a charge, resulting in a significantly reduced working time for the vacuum cleaner.

If this occurs, it means the battery pack has reached the end of its life cycle and needs to be replaced.
