Cause:

1. Dust Cup is full.

2. The HEPA Filter is blocked or damaged.

3. The air duct is blocked.

4. The Brush Roll in Motorized Cleaner Head doesn't rotate.

5. Cyclone Unit is blocked.

6. The battery runs out.

Solutions:

1. Please empty Dust Cup.

2. Please clean the HEPA filter.

If the HEPA filter is damaged, please replace it with a new one or contact our customer service at support.us2@tikom.com for more HEPA filters.

3. Please check and remove any blockages in the extension wand, cleaner head, and cleaner.

4. If the brush roll is jammed or entangled by foreign objects, please clean the brush roll.

5. Please clean the cyclone unit.

6. Please fully charge the Vacuum Cleaner and try again.
