Cause:

1. Foreign objects in dust bin to hit Dust Cup wall.

2. There is too much dust inside the Dust Cup.

3. The Vacuum Cleaner runs at an environment full of static electricity.

Solutions:

1. Please empty Dust Cup.

2. It's normal that there may be much static electricity in the air in winter and dry regions.
