The Vacuum Cleaner stops working suddenly.[V850]

Cause:

1. The battery runs out.

2. The Brush Roll is stuck.

3. The Airflow is blocked.

Solutions:

1. Please charge the Vacuum Cleaner with the original adapter (output: 35V, 0.5A). The battery indicator flashes green during charging and turns solid green when fully charged.

2. If the Brush Roll is stuck. Please check and clean the Cleaner Head, referring to page Tikom V850: How to Fix Brush Roll Error (Flashing Red Alarm Icon)?

3. If the Airflow is blocked. Please check and clean by referring to pageTikom V850: How to Fix Airflow Blocked Error (Flashing Red Alarm Icon)?
